Odessa, Texas/February 23, 2025-On Monday, February 24th the Ellen Noel Art Museum will be hosting the annual Shrimpfest Fundraiser event at Barn G at the Ector County Coliseum at 7pm. Guests will enjoy an evening of unlimited Cajun items.

The Shrimpfest recipe is based on the recipe used by Pascal’s Manale Restaurant in New Orleans.

The Ellen Noel Art Museum is celebrating its 40th year anniversary providing the Permian Basin with art, education and outreach.

The Ellen Noel Art Museum relies on fundraiser like SHRIMPFEST to help supplement the funding it receives from donations, grants and memberships.

Odessa, Texas/February 7, 2023-The Ellen Noel Art Museum of the Permian Basin hosted Media Day featuring a sneak peek of the decorations and menu planned for the 37th Annual SHRIMPFEST Extravaganza.

The SHRIMPFEST is the Art Museum’s biggest fundraising event.

SHRIMPFEST is a Cajun –style shrimp feast will all-you-can eat shrimp with all the fixings. An exclusive sponsor-only cocktail and appetizers reception will be held prior to general admission entry.

Sponsorships are still available for the 37th Annual Shrimpfest scheduled for Monday, February 27th at the Ector County Coliseum-Barn G.
