Odessa, Texas/August 26, 2022-Odessa links held their 9th Annual Community Conference and celebrating 20 years of helping Odessans in need. The conference is a way for participants to earn their Continuing Education Unit. A CEU is a unit of credit equal to 10 hours of participation in an accredited program designed for professionals with certificates or licenses to practice various professions.

The annual conference hosted by Odessa Links featured Patricia Ann Vasquez with STARFORCE-TRAINING FOR A GREATER PURPOSE and with IGNITE-COMMUNITY SOLUTIONS. This ogranization is a national leading edge-training and development corporation located in San Antonio, Texas.

Odessa, Texas/April 23, 2022-The United Way of Odessa and volunteers from the community came together Saturday morning, April 23rd to provide a service to two partner agencies- Odessa Links and Odessa Day Nursery.

Volunteers began painting the walls of the Odessa Links office and other tools were used at Odessa Day Nursery. Supplies and other items were provided by several sponsors.

Several BEST BUY of Odessa employees volunteered at Odessa Day Nursery by raking sand boxes and helping in offices and classrooms. Other volunteers cut and trimmed tree limbs.

The United Way of Odessa will be hosting a golf tournament soon go to unitedwayodessa.org for more information and volunteer opportunities.
