Odessa, Texas/July 28, 2024-Denise Swanner, City Council Woman At-Large recently announced to an enthusiastic crowd of supporters, family, friends and guests her re-election campaign for City Council At-Large.

Denise Swanner has strategic plans to improve the local economy and to improve better City services and relations to new and small businesses coming to Odessa.

The City Council, Ector County Commissioners and Medical Center Hospital Board have collectively approved a plan to help residents in the unincorporated areas of Odessa/Ector County with emergency services.

Odessa, Texas/July 18, 2024-On Wednesday, July 17th, Craig Stoker announced his candidacy for the Odessa City Council At-Large. Friends, Supporters and guests gathered at the Copper-Rose building in downtown Odessa to hear his plans on how to move forward.
