Odessa, Texas/September 19, 2022-The Odessa Police Department recently held an Impact block party at the American Legion Hall on 8th street. Visitors to the event saw various types of OPD Assault vehicles and personal protective gear. Kids enjoyed hot dogs and playing inside the colorful jumpers.
