MIDLAND, TEXAS/MAY 23, 2021-THE PRE-K ACADEMY AT MIDLAND COLLEGE CELEBRATED THEIR FIRST IN PERSON PRE-K GRADUATION. 31 LITTLE STUDENTS RECEIVED THEIR SPECIAL CERTIFICATES AT THE SPECIAL CEREMONY. IN 2020 THE PRE-K ACADEMY HELD A DRIVE-THRU GRADUATION DUE TO COVID-19. THE PRE-K ACADEMY AT MIDLAND COLLEGE HAS BEEN IN OPERATION FOR TWO YEARS.

THE STATE’S EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM DOES NOT REQUIRE A YOUNG CHILD GO TO PRE-K. EDUCATION ADMINISTRATORS DO ENCOURAGE PARENTS TO ENROLL THEIR CHILDREN TO GET THEM READY FOR KINDERGARTEN.
